A 1966 split level, in Park Ridge, had a sizeable powder room off the front entry, but because of its dark floors, walls and vanity it seemed much smaller. Understanding that the floor plan was ideal we updated the electrical and plumbing, showcased new colors and textures and added additional storage. With these fundamental changes this powder room can now show off its true size.
