This newer upscale Lakeview townhome, had bathrooms that were anything but upscale. The master bathroom had a tub and shower, but both were uninspired builder grade. The oak vanity and synthetic tops with integrated sinks didn’t fit with this gracious building and hip neighborhood. The new owners wanted to improve the bathroom and have it reflect their taste and style.
We reinvented the space with a freestanding tub and a custom shower with frameless heavy glass walls and door. The new vanity, in espresso stained cherry, was custom designed with open shelves and a sleek tower. Deep vessel sinks with tall deck mounted faucets, new lighting, and large format porcelain tile finished the transformation.
