Cozy 1980’s bi-level had a kitchen that had suffered years of abuse. Previous owners modified the kitchen to make room for a large china cabinet leaving very little space for cabinets and appliances. The makeshift floor plan was awkward to use and created a difficult traffic pattern.

We restored the exterior wall and designed a spacious and efficient galley kitchen. The new floor plan restored clear passage from the side door and basement. Now this family home has a proper family kitchen.
