This compact 14th floor condo on the Gold Coast, boasts a great view, but an impossibly tiny kitchen. With nowhere to expand, a creative efficient design was critical.

We removed two partition walls and created an island that seats 4 people for casual dining. The island base provides much needed cabinets and the large top adds prep space and the perfect spot to set up a buffet for entertaining. The tiny kitchen is now the spacious open center piece of the living area.
